With all the crooks leasing land in MS, I would go with an established club that can provide a wealth of references. I would talk to current and past members too. Good luck. I also realize that those crooks, give the honest farmers and lease organizers a bad name and that sucks, but it is what it is.

Hi Bill,

I represent a very wealthy African family from Zimbabweianamclickclickclick. We would like to give you a good place to duck hunt in the great state of Mississippiclickclickdoshclick. In order to ensure this gift to you valued at 40,000,000 African Pesomarks, we need you to send us a small one time payment of 25,000.00 USD (US Dollars). The 420 acres of land is beautifully manicured out of production hayfields with numerous species of fowl utilizing the beautiful, luscious, life-filled area. Not to mention the bonus species we have imported from Africaclickclick. To ensure first shot at this once in a lifetime opportunity, please PM (Private Message function on this site) your credit card number, Exp. date, and 3/4 number security code on the back of the card. Thank you and we look forward to having you over for tea and crumpets at your earliest clicking convenience. Clickclickdashdoshclick...
