What you do is have a meeting and hang a couple of the officers and the others will act right. A duck club can only be run as a dicktatership. Someone has to be the Dick.

Save the Exec. Director!!!!!

Good Point...Thats why my buddies refer to me as the Big D ck all the time I guess !!

You are correct...opinions, debate, discussion have no place in most duck clubs...Its usually one person who bears most of the cost, work, labor and love for the sport anyway...I resigned myself to the fact that my friends hunt free, I do all the work, they dont appreciate it, they dont like to work, etc etc..But then again, I hunt more.. I shoot more ducks..

Im afraid thats the way it is....One club or group couldnt handle all the members being dedicated, strong minded, driven hunters....

The way we handle the overwhelming number of suggestions of things that 'NEED' to be done ......whoever brings it up or complains about somethin' is immediately designated 'chairman' of THAT committee. Folks shut-up perty quick after that!
