Widgeon is not specifically mentioned on the State's regulation page. Are they like grey duck and you can kill all widgeon for your 6 duck limit?

Yes, if it's not listed then the limit is 6. So long as it is a game bird.

The limit on teal is......as many as you can get in one shot 
(provided you don't exceed 6)
