Mojo question

Does anyone use the wee-lil baby mojo mallard? I would appreciate any input. Just seems lighter to use wadin/walkin in somewhere, or should I just stick with the Big Mojo like what I got, one of mine bought the bullet so I am getting another. Thanks for any comments.

in my opinion they aren't worth a shat, the wings are made from the same stuff that the hard plastic signs are made of. Do mojo's even work? i sold my standard.

I do agree with you to an extent, I do not use them on a regular bases, but I do hunt a couple places (big water and areas that are flooded for miles) that they at least make me feel that high birds are seeing the spread. I usally just put out some pintails for visabilty and a jerk string, but some mornins its nice to have a lil extra convincing in the spread.

Found they work great early season but suck later on. I have 3 of them and 2 full sized. They stay in storage late season but seem to work well for me early on with the cyled on-off. I also hunt alot of flooded timber holes where they seem to work well for me when used and not as productive on open water. Over all I'd say they work as well as the full sized Mojo's. I think it's the flicker that matters anyway. If they are kept in a hard case or mojo bag, I haven't had any problems with the wings tearing up. The replacement kits are inexpensive also compared to the full sized. If you are a mojo fan, you'll be pleased. Just my opinion.

I have several and use them differently in different situations. I'd agree that all the ducks want to see is motion. As far as toughness of the wings......Get a bag. I've put mine through some tough stuff and they are still kickin! Best advice I have for the Mojo's is to get the magnetic wings...Nothing sucks more than dropping a thumb screw!

We use the old style floater mojo. (looks like a sitting hen) Works real good be fore the sunrises all the way. After that, it's time to shut it off. The wing things work pretty good too, very light and inexpensive. Try using a couple drake spoonies. I hunted with a guy that swore by them.

aside from whether or not mojos work, the baby mojos are a better deal than the full sized mojo in my opinion, same effect less cost, generally quieter, and lighter.

Hey guess, just got a mojo mallard for christmas (my first one ever, I am so excited).. But I am kinda concerned because his right leg hangs down further than its left, just don't look natural to me!!!

Also new for 2010 I got a lil piece of corn that attaches to its mouth so it looks like he is eating corn on the cob!!!! Its a new attractant!!!

I only gettin one cause I got a chit ton of money ( I am poor so yea $100 is alot of money) on that Bass Pro Rewards cardamajig, and I gotta blow it by the end of Jan. I don't figure baby Cole needs anything from there yet he can't even wipe his own ass yet.
