rice/corn stubble questions?

I know this has been talked about on here before but can someone refresh my memory regarding the legality of flattening rice stubble in front of a pit blind?

Is "accidentally" running over it with a four wheeler to make a landing zone illegal?

What if the stubble is flattened in other parts of the field with the four wheeler and not just in front of the pit blinds...does that make it any more legit?

I do not post here very much but I enjoy reading this forum on a weekly basis. Thanks in advance for any input.

They way I understand it is that if the rice has been harvested then any manipulation to the stubble "UNDER NORMAL AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES" should be legal. It is a normal ag practice to roll down rice straw after it is harvested.

Very legal to roll, burn, disc, mow, etc. stubble after harvest and naturally growing plants.

You can not manipulate (roll, burn, disc, mow, etc.) if it has been planted and unharvested.
