House Financing?????

needing financing and looking for options? is there anyway around the 3.5% down?

USDA 100%...only in certain areas though.

MSTelco Credit Union is at 4.5% for 15 years.

check out www.naca.com it's a long process with a lot of hoops to jump through, but it's worth it in the end. My interest rate is 3.5 fixed and I didn't have to put anything down.
