Oh wow. So if Joe Schmoe who has ponds 1/2 mile from my property line is feeding catfish, then my ponds are "baited" too????

If your talking about feeding fish in an actual in production fish pond, you are NOT baiting. It is a normal agicultural process therefor is not illegal. If you are throwing out corn or someting or feeding an already seined pond, yes its illegal.
What new regulations are yall looking at?
