If any one is headed to AR, I just got a call from my sister in Jonesboro. She said that they had tens of thousands of ducks and geese this morning in the fields all around Jonesboro. Good luck to any one headed that way.

Drove through there yesterday and didn't see one duck or goose, I wouldn't spend the gas $$ just yet.

It's not good. Talked to some guys that went this morning and they killed 3 between 6 people. Saw very few in the air.

haha, they always been on'm n da past, them boys are the most hardcore waterfowlers i ever seen.

and they hunt all around clay pools, they may have been in da wrong spot, but i'd say da ducks juss ain't made it down good yet, but like all good things, IT"LL COME

Hunted Newport Saturday and Sunday. Between 3 of us we only killed 7 ducks for both days. Not to good right now. Deer hunting was good in the afternoon as we killed 2 bucks! They are in the rut.

Talked to a buddy that hunts next to Claypool, killin lots of teal and Shovelers, not but a hand full of mallards, in four days.

I hunted in NEA opening weekend and the worst day so far was 17 ducks, we all shot limits on Sunday and they have killed limits Monday, Tuesday, & were back in the woods this morning.

Trip, the only real good reports I have gotten were from right where y'all hunted. Seems to be a cluster of green there, but not in many other of the usual spots. Now geese that is another story, I had one of the coolest experiences in the world (and some great blind company to share it with, thanks!) in the words of the Waterfowler "that was worth the price of admission!"

I hunted right outside of Grubbs today. Lots of teal with a few gadwall and widgeon mixed in. Plenty of shovelers as well if that's your cup of tea. Hardly any mallards.

hunted outside weiner ark the past few days, it was real slow, hardly saw a mallard.. saw a bunch of teal and thats about it.. we need a cold front asap
