I know a lot of us in the GTR area have a lot of Cadence stock. Just had an interesting conversation with one of the board of directors earlier today. I was wondering if anyone else has been following the Cadence issues and the OCC incident.

The OCC's report on Cadence basically stated that some of their actions were out of compliance with their regulations. The majority of this issue has to deal with their capital on hand at the moment. Earlier in July the OCC gave Cadence 30 days to comply with the issues to get back in goodstanding. Cadence is doing a rush to issue common shares of common stock trying to get somewhere close to 60 million new shares. No one is sure how many shares they will be able to issue, but one certain reaction from this is that it will further dillute other stock holders shares. There should be another release by the OCC in the next two to three weeks.

OK. I give up! What is GTR? and ooc?

GTR = golden triangle region.....Starkville, Columbus, and West Point. Makes a triangle on the ground lol. took me a long time after I moved to MS to figure it out.
