Da Honda man has spoken!

As for Dos Gris, da man said you must have over tightened the set screw and it is bound up. Just keep trying to turn it one way or the other until it breaks loose. He said when it does come loose you may even hear a "twing" from inside the front cap. Normal.

As for Deltahunter, da man said definetly don't put in octane booster or additives other than stabil. How old is the bike?
Have you tried to drain the carb. bowl? he said just cut off the gas and drain the bowl. Probably solve the problem. If newer bike, will always run lean till broken in. If tech putting bike together adjusted carb to make run rich big no no!

Hope this helped.
