What kind of idiot has a came warden arrested for trespassing? That just opens up the season on that guy getting a bunch of tickets!

I understand what your talking about, but if your not doing anything wrong how you going to get tickets? I do think that the game warden can make your life miserable........walking up on you every hunt checking everything, ect......

That CAN only go on as long as you let it. More than a couple or few times, especially is its the same GW and dude that had him arrested, and it will be a clear case of harrasment. MSWF&P will not stand for that, I dont think anyway.

And in turn, you can make his life miserable by documenting those checks, with a cellphone pic, and sending them to his supervisor. After a point it becomes harassment.

They no diff than any of us are, they must obide to the same laws as we do.

The game warden wrote this guy a ticket several years ago for having several hundred pounds of corn dumped on the ground during deer season. The game warden was going hunting with another landowner that is an attorney and the road to the hunting club road to the attorneys land goes through this other guys land. They had the right away, cause if they dont, I could get fined for trespassing every time I hunt. This guy was just trying to get even. Its going to cost him. He wont have to worry about this particular game warden messing with him, he will have to worry about all the other law enforecement agencies in the county. The judge will throw this case out in court.

If they just had a verbal agreement(permission to pass through) and not a legal easement set up then they may have been trespassing, but i do agree thats BS. If dude was in the wrong with the corn, then you reap what you sow. No reason to get even, he was wrong.

the guy is obviously an idiot for putting corn that close to the road anyway....getting the game warden arrested just continued the trend of stupidity.

Did he tell the GW to arrest himself, and if so was there a struggle?

if he was on a easment i again do not c how he could have been arrested anyway. I am like some of you guys I think the land owner opened a huge can of worms by screwing with the game warden. Not only did he piss of that game warden i am sure his fellow leo's r none to happy either

The warden was hunting not doing the warden thing.

I'm not saying dude is guilty... just saying that IF he was doing something illegal he's a "criminal". Doesn't matter if he's a LEO or not.

i agree there. But if he was on a easment i dont c how he was doing something illegal. Even if he is a leo he should still be incocent until proven guilty

When on duty right??? I dont have a dog in this race and personally dont care either way as I have to many fish to fry to be involving myself in someone else's buisness. My reply to this topic should have been worded a little better, but I guess what I ment to say is this. When off Duty they have to obide to all the laws we have to but when on duty they can do as they please as far as "tresspasing"
