Any of you guys ever use Duck Guides, Inc. in DeWitt AR? I need to take clients on a decent hunt with good lodge, food, etc. for a reasonable price - any suggestions?
Thanks,

Jeff B

Jeff,

Bear Tail Outfitters provides an excellent service and they are only about 30 milles south of Memphis. I know they are not in AR but to do a great job and they kill ducks. Click on the name below and that will take you to the web page.

I have hunted with Jay Wright's Sure Shot guide service. I think his prices are around 200.00 per hunt. This normanly includes three measls -- dinner, breakfast and lunch. They hunt around 4,000 arces of rice and beans. They are normaly covered up with ducks and even snows. If you would like his phone number e-mail me and I will be more than happy to provide the number. O by the way he is located in Earl,Ar. His lodge will sleep somewhere around 10 ot 12 hunters. It's pretty nice, the guides are greatr and Jay is very freindly. Good Luck

You might want to contact David Melton at DeltaDuckHunts.com. He is in tunica and runs a guide service with a good reputation.

Gulf Coast,
Have you been talking to my mama again? It sure was sweet of her to tell you I was a good son. (Mother's Love ain't nothing like it.) I think she is trying to butter me up so I want charge her the $200 per hunter and get the discounted room rates @$45 at the Grand Casino. She knows I do small personal hunts and will not mix hunting parties.
It's a good thing you didn't talk to my dad.

I do enjoy it so so so very lot's!!

There is a special for msduck members of $400 per hunter. $500 if I've got to shoot all of your ducks for you. You call me and furnish the duck hole dekes and carry my stuff to the blind. What a heck of a deal.

Lemme see, you want $400 for MSDucks members. How generous. Now, lets take account of other market factors on price:
1)deduct $100 for me having to back shoot yer cripples from dem winchester xspurts;
2)deduct another $100 for me having to listen to dat party horn;
3)cost of hearing aids from dat short ported barrel $1,200;
4)59 cents for a can of vienna sausage to use as bribes to keep yer dog to stay outta my lap in da blind.....

So, you get to take me hunting, and you only owe ME $1,000, I will throw in the vienna's fer free, cause the dog is kinda cute....
