Tunica or Greenwood??

I've been given an invite to hunt private land in either of these areas tomorrow. I was just wondering how things were looking in relation to being froze up. The guy in Tunica has been keeping some ice busted since last night but is seeing birds. I was just curious as to what you local guys are seeing.
And before one of you say it, I'm not going to STAY HOME!!!
PM me if you don't want to post anything up on here.

Greenwood in my opinion. I'm in Southaven as we speak and the truck says 16 degrees. Every thing around here is locked up tight. The high today is 28-29 and the high in Greenwood is above 32 so it should be thawed out.

I am serious. I have family in MS and have had better hunts in AL this year. We are hunting just some old farm ponds and killing our limits of woodies and mergansers! Have had a few ducks with this ring coloration around its neck sit down on us. Quick little things! Got this group of geese that keeps coming in but I guess this steel 4 shot just isn't enough to bring them down?

My uncle use to love us to bring back them for his gumbo. Oh well at least he can grill these woodies and mergansers!! Btw what do ya'll use to bring them geese down with?

Please take AL out of the location section of your profile, this is embarrassing.....my god man, you're bragging about woodies and mergansers (AND EATING THE FISHMONGERS TO BOOT) for petes sake...GET AHOLD OF YOURSELF!!!!
