Me and steel shot have scored deer in the past and been pretty accurate. This year we are not doing so well. Our scores tend to be a lot lowere than what you would think the deer would score. Anyway we are going to revamp and see what we did wrong. I scored this deer at 111 7/8. The first time I was off more than that. Just looking and having my hands on him , I said 115 to 120. The deer weighed 235 lbs and I am a big boy so the picture doesnt even do it justice. But it is only an eight point. Not a lot to score. I like the fact that yall thought it was a decent deer. Thanks and any suggestions on what we could have done let me know??? Or someone can score it. I live in Brandon/Flowood and work in Jackson.
