to let you know that i will be holding a prelim hearing tommorrow for the Dry Creek murder... i know you had some friends that way..... Channel 9 out of Tupelo has been all over the square today... it has always been my policy to not allow cameras in my courtroom, and tommorrow will be no exception... will probably hear results tommorrow eve on the news.... your friends may want to know that the hearing will begin around 10 am ... seating allowed for family and friends of each party... any additional seating will be for the public....

keep a prayer for all and the judge.... may wisdom be with me....

it's good to know that dry creek will live again, wisdom is one thing thats on your side,you have always been fair. dry crrek people need this to be fair and to the point, those good people are finally seeing the real world, it can happen anywhere. good luck and may the coot's be with you.
