Boat plugs for toys

Has anyone installed a custom plug for the Mallared machine on their boats? Using a plug like this

to easily plug and unplug the machine when the boat has to be moved? (i dont have a dog so i must use the boat to retrieve ducks)

anyone one see have anything similiar?

Your just wanting a 12 volt outlet? I have them all over my boat, 3 i think. Not a difficult thing to do.

do you use a mallard machine off your boat?

I am just trying to find a way to quickly hook up the mallard machine. What type of plugs do you have on your boat?

If you can use a mallard machine, why can't you just get out of the boat and get your ducks? I didn't think the mallard machine would work in deep water? Just curious? You could just use some alligator clips on your battery.

i use my mallard machine in 8+ feet of water. I currently have aligator clips. The Batterry is the same battery i use to run other lights on the boat. I hunt out of the back of my boat. The seat is mounted on the rear cover that covers the gas tank and battery. Everytime i have to get a duck, i have to use this ritual of moving to the side, lifting the cover, unplugging the clips and closing the cover without falling into the water.

I'm trying to find a way to eliminate this..

just get a regular 12 volt outlet like in a truck there like 4 bucks at wal mart. i use mine to run my browning light and charge my phone lol

I highly recommend a dog.... costs more but worth it !!

wouldn't have a dog. to much time and trouble and they can turn a good hunt into the worst day of your life nothing gets me heat like a dog they want do what it's suppose to

I have the remote mallard machine and Mine has a quick disconnect that came with it. That would work better than the plug because you would have to worry about it coming unplugged by itself. You could still unhook to go get ducks.

Ya i just have regular 12 volt outlets that u get at walmart. I had them installed by F & F when they built the boat, but you can put one in in about 5 minutes. Just a hot and a ground wire.
