what would yall drive 6 hrs to hunt?

just wondering,.... I drive 6 hrs and pay to hunt duck in the delta...what would yall pay and how much to drive 6 hrs and hunt: deer? turkey? some nice ponds --great for flyfishing? hmm maybe we could trade some hunts???

I drive 9hrs to hunt ducks in Arkie, and pay dearly to do so. But, it's only money and I'll make more after season to do it all over again next year. BTW, my 11yr ols makes the trip with me when he's outa school.

a better question would be what would i NOT drive 6 hours to hunt.....and when i ask myself i keep comin' up blank.....

If it makes you feel any better I can be from my bed to the boat ramp at my farm in ten minutes..with a stop at the gas station.
I'd drive it if it was 10 hours though

I drive 6 hours to hunt in the delta. Even drive 18 hours to hunt in Kansas.

Anything!! I don't care about driving at all. I will drive to the ends of the earth for great flyfishing, ducks, deer, turkeys, rabbits, blue marlin (especially!) You can't get everything in your hometown.

I'm originally from Jackson then like everbody Madison. Lived there for 23 years.
Lived in Dallas for 2 yrs and drove 6hrs for deer/duck (and a little nookie)---$0-----(minus the cost of the nookie) from Oct-jan 27th.
Moved to Nashville while single, got in a deer camp on the big black--6hrs- Oct-Jan27th---$3600----got out after 3 yrs(expense and time)
Was in a duck club in Fair Oaks AR the whole Time and huntin'em in the delta/anywhere/alberta--5hrs- Nov 17th-Jan27th--$450-----
Got Married-----still driven 5hrs---- huntin dux--Belzoni----Gotta do what ya gotta do to kill'em
Boy's I've come to this conclusion about myself "I DONT KILL THESE DUCKS BECAUSE I LIKE TOO, I KILL THESE DUCK BECAUSE I HAVE TOO"
If you can get read between the lines here, you are truly old school and to use a newbie OOSER phrase "Hardcore Waterfowler"

Guess I'm lucky I can hunt anything I want with in 15 to 20 mins. I would hate I long drive. Bronco give me a call dude.
