I am in need of a small piece of foam block to use to float a dog box we are attaching to an existing floating blind. Can anybody help me out? Not looking to hold more than probably 150 lbs (dog and box weight). Anybody got any other ideas?

Thanks.

2 five gallon buckets that have lids on them filled with tuff stuff spray foam . seal any spouts up with silicon or epoxy. may have to make some type of bracket to get the wood or whatever you use for the floor to be fastened to it.

Check with catfish farmers. They usually have a couple of floats from aerators.

Get you some big PVC Pipe. 6" - 8" diameter and cap the ends, just put as many as you need to float it. 4-6 piecies 2'-3' long would probably work.

They are usually just piled up behind the store. Ask the manager and he will probably just give you a few of them. They are approx 1'X1'X2'. They also make great broadhead targets.

Thanks for the info...gave me 4...problem solved!
