lLooking for a get-away spot in arkansas to take the wife. Have looked at places in the hot springs area but looking for suggestions. I thought there was a post on here last year about this but can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Here ya go....Hardy, AR....nice quiet place with lots to do and see, and it won't rape your pocketbook, unlike Hot Springs....Spring River Lodge is really nice place to stay, but lots of remote cabins available, too.

Its a very great place I actually just back from there about a month ago on a boyscout trip

if you want to go to hot springs let me know i lived there for awhile and have a great hook up on condos

I have stayed here...and its very nice..Lots of thing to do....very romantic,as well

I would deff go to Hardy. We have been to the spring river 3 times this summer. Lots of people and water is good too. You need to get a big group of people to go, way more fun!!
