Two of my favorites are put a little horseradish and bacon crumbles in when you mix them. And another is get some roasted red peppers and blue cheese crumbles. Both of these are great

Use some heavy whipping cream when mixing them up, no matter what else you add to them. It makes em taste dang unhealthy

Take your leftovers and add an egg, dash of baking powder, milk and flour to make a batter.
Then pan fry them in a little butter like pancakes.
When done, put on some butter, salt, and pepper.
Great for breakfast with eggs and bacon!
