This kid is just plain stupid. I can see people inflicting pain on this kid in result of this.

Words cannot describe what needs to happen to this punk @$$.

All I will say is, if that was my 8 month old and I found out that this had happened, there would be NO place safe for that kid and the one behind the camera, I would take care of it.

I could not agree more. I am real good at controlling my anger but this would be a case where I couldn't. Scary thing is I know some great ways to seriously hurt someone hand to hand. I'm not sure at what point I would stop.
