Miller Point, Island 66

Postby Primetime » Sun Feb 09, 2003 7:18 pm

Just saw web-pages on both of these places and was interested in them both. Anyone know anything about them? I heard it was about 150K to get into Miller Point. Considerable for a lifetime membership. Anyway, let me know some details if anyone has any.

I believe that the 150K buys you a share of the land therefore allowing you to pass it down generation to generation. Figure you spend $2000/year on a good lease now,and who knows what it'll be in 10-15 years. After you add that price to a deer  lease running anywhere b/w 1000-2000K/year (low estimate) and the reasoning behind this adds up.
