Requests for Password Info by Guests....

When you request a password reset or account activation, giving me an email address does not help.

I need your username that you registered as on the site. That is the only way for me to know who you are.

User after user after user have logged into this forum as Guests requesting account info and never give me their username.

Doing so will help me tremendously and will ensure that I can get you back logged in as soon as possible.

I have tried to change my account settings several times and can"t do so. I want to keep my current user name Lodi Rebel, but every time I type my new e-mail address the site tells me it's already in use. Need some help please! I also want to change my password. Thanks...

Lodi,

I changed your email address also to your new one when I reset the password. That's why you are getting that response. You can change the password in the edit profile option.

GH22, I used to log-in 1 or 2 times a month until season starts. Then its an every day form Nov. to Feb. I'm having so much trouble logging on with password and e-mail. You said that you had changed my old e-mail -- rebelsdrake@hotmail.com -- to my new address -- robertsonchad@bellsouth.net -- every time I try to log on, the site tells me wrong username or password. I have reopened my old hotmail account, had a new password sent through the " I Forgot My Password " typed in my username : Lodi Rebel and the new password that was sent to my old e-mail address. Still can't F'n log on to the site. I've been a registered member since 01. What's the deal here????????????????????????????????????

It's giving me problems also. It's telling me the same thing, "email address already in use". I know it is because I changed it on the account, but now it's gone back to showing the hotmail account. Just looked at the logs. I changed the password on July 3, and I changed the email address July 5. It keeps showing the hotmail account listing, but it just accepted the new email address. I'll try to get Micah to look at it to tell me what's wrong. I did reset the password to 123456 . I also cleared out your max login attempts. I just logged in as you, and the account is working now. I'm not sure about the email issue. Like I said, Micah will have to figure that one out.
