Gas and diesel are going up. Fill up after work.

As I stated on a previous post, I said I will try and give you a heads up if gas or diesel is going to jump up in price. Here's a little heads up.
Gas will be going up a couple pennies at most stations today. Diesel is making me sick and should be at $3.79 at most stations in Memphis in the next day. If you find a place cheaper, fill up there.
Our stations in Jonesboro, AR are at $3.17 for regular, and $3.86 for diesel.
I think I am going to have to change my duck south name from 'duramax' to 'honda civic', if things keep going the way they are. If I have to get rid of my truck I will cry.

i filled up sunday evening, why is the fuel cost rising so much? Are they gearing up for Spring Break?

Who knows? Weak dollar, foreign instability, weak market...the usual.

The wind is blowing out of the south.. Which puts a stress on the Alaska pipline. Therefore it cost more effort for the oil to travel down the pipline due to wind resistance. So they have to charge more for the additional cost to transport it to the refinery.

You know when crude was less than 20 we were paying around .99 a gallon for unleaded. Do the math someone is and has been getting rich for a long time.

$3.11 yesterday in Tupelo. $3.17 this morning and going higher from what I hear.

Down here Diesel went to 3.97 today and regular gas went to 3.35

thank the Lord my truck is paid for...I'd go broke trying to keep it filled up and make a payment too....
