Shelby area compaired to NE Arkansas?

Sounds kinda funny that I might be asking this question, but I am from Harrisburg Arkansas and I am an avid hunter. I am possibly going to relocate to the Clevland area and wanted to know if anyone could compair the areas. This I know is a hard question, and I would think that we have more ducks here, but I'm also sure that we have more hunters. I hunt by claypool resivor some and I also hunt bayou De veiw. We have good hunts and see alot of ducks. Just wanted to know if it is good hunting in the Shelby area. Info would be appreciated.
