Gonna cost you around $4500-$5000 depending on where you buy. I was looking not long ago.....I went with a used one. Worked out much better for me.

I bought a 2005 Foreman new from Lake Hill.

My advice: stay away from Honda.

I have always had Honda, and always will had 3 of them 2 were 300's and the othere was a 250. Still have both 300's but one is my dads and the other is my granddads and he's very picky when it comes to his boats and wheeler and I want one I can take to the camp or duck holes and not worry about other people fussing when it gets dirty as heck  Why dont you like your honda? I guess there a few bad aple with every brand

Hehe, I was just like you.

No, I agree -- few bad apples. I had the oil pump fail on mine, causing the engine to run without oil before finally seizing up. It had 20 miles (7 hrs) on it -- and not one speck of mud. They fixed it, but took 3 months to replace the motor. That 3 months happened to be the exact remainder of deer season and, worst of all, the factory warranty.

What made me mad was that they would not grant me the lost warrant time or help me out on an extended warranty -- although I had one representative tell me that they do that in some circumstances when the bike is kept for repair for an "extended" length of time. In addition, customer support throughout the whole ordeal was terrible. I promised them, on more than one occasion, to not recommend them anymore -- so here's to keeping my word.

Sorry for the book. My dad has a '98 Foreman 400, and I would trade it straight up for mine any day of the week.

Do your homework.. Alot of people will tell you that Honda is the only way to go.. Truth is Honda is not what it used to be.. And other manufactures have caught up with Honda.. IMO the best 4wheeler is the one with the least creatures comforts on it.. They tend to last longer..

I went thru this process a couple of years ago and ended up with an AC.. It is a tank.. But even they are not the same they were 2-3 years ago..

yeah it seems like everyone wants to go to all plastic ect... for looks and not rely on durability anymore. Thanks to all, I will look around but I will say its gonna be hard for me to buy something that aint honda b/c I've had so many

Got my 2007 Honda Rancher 420 4x4 for $4600 at Honda of Tupelo. After I added a few things it was more like $5300 but it's got the electric shift and the display with the speedometer. I'm very happy with it. 8)

If you are thinking about going with Honda, check with Southern Honda in Chattanooga Tn. I bought a new Rubicon in 05 and they beat everyone in Al by $1000 and had Lake Hill beat by $500.
