Does the consumer ever get paid? Yes they do. Do they get the full value of their claim if it had been adjudicated individually? Not necessarily. the lawyer that filed the suit gets paid. that is about it. yea, everyone may get a couple hundred/thousand dollars, but the attorney that filed the suit makes tens of millions. and I know I'm not gordon, but I'm as much of a professional as he is.

i purhcased a debeers diamond that falls within the time fram.

i saw where it showed an example that if you purchased an diamond valued at $2400, your payment MAYBE as much as $640.

i would not get too excited, HOWEVER, I will file the claim. i have a call into my jeweler now, and will let yall know what he says
