I have a freind who leased some land from BB last friday - he told me about it tonite and i told him that name rang a bell - is this guy sstraightend out or is he still a crook? My buddy is worried sick - already wrote the check - if this SOB is not legit, he needs to go to jail

I think you're buddy is screwed. I doubt anything has changed with BB, his scams go back 10 years or more.

its obvious that the "law" aint goona do nothin bout this fellar however his day is a comin when he has to answer to a higher power. until then cancel the check sub lease do what ever u can to get away from this punk.

Where does this guy lease land?

this guy leases land all over the place from what I have seen and the funny thing is that none of the land is his to lease as best I can tell from reading posts on here in the past. Why would your buddy lease land this late in the year? or is he leasing it from 01/01/03 until 12/31/03. He had better research the property and see if it is actually up for least.

I recently (first of season) got in a lease that BB leased. We did'nt know him at the time and soon the stories of past dasterdly deeds abounded. We since have spoken to the LAND OWNER himself and all is well. He,BB,
was authorized to do this lease. This could be an isolated incident I dont know but we are pleased and we have birds.

how do ya get in touch with this fella??? some others here might wanna lease some holes from him...better yet where is this guy so we can stop by and talk to him in person...

There are still numerous warrants out for his arrest in Louisiana. He is a crook and a crack head. Hey shoot he will stiff the land owner before the year is through. You might want to get ready to lease from the land owner himself next year. Delta Land Management is the name of his company and he WILL RIP YOU OFF>

BB is the BEST at ripping off duck hunters I have ever heard of. How he still gets people to give him money I have no idea. HI WILL STEAL YOU BLIND!!!!

How can I get in touch with this goofball? He stiffed my dad for $750 a couple of years ago. Dad had contacted him from an ad in the paper. BB explained to him that he was putting together a great lease for about 4 hunters but would need at least half of the money up front for the farmer to hold the lease until they got 4 members. In the meantime, Dad started hearing some things about BB and decided to back out. Byron said that he would mail him a check back but we've not heard or seen anything since.

If you see him tell him a mean looking big bald guy with a goatee is lookin for him!!--That could have been some of my inheritance!!

I wish I had heard this earlier. I got stiffed for 2Grand this year and was lucky to have come out that good. To make me feel better he gave me a couple of memberships to one of his clubs where there were supposed to be blinds and all kinds of ducks and geese. The one blind that I saw had rotten and collapsed. I really don't even think that he had that place leased so I never tried to hunt it. It's right next to the MS river levee so I did ride down the levee and check it out a few timesThere were about 10 ducks on it the first month of season and the last time I went and looked there were none. This guy is a dam crook and a good one. My advice is to stay away from him and his new companion Bobby (can't recall his last name)and tell as many people about them that you can. The only way to stop him is to kill his business.

If we could get this "sticky-ed" to the top of the board then alot more people would see it.
