Some guy at Noxubee this past weekend, who obviously was drawn, went in, shot his ducks, came out, showed his 6 to the GW's.

6 WOODDUCKS!!!!

I heard it all went for the low low price of $800!!! :shock:

The funny thing is that is was a draw hunt on a refuge where the probability of being checked is pretty high. You would think that one would take a gander at the regs before heading out.

Yea an idiot... We had one Ding-Ding shoot 2 cormorants.... I have heard Goats getting checked in at Deer Check in stations.... Not Joking and not a road story....

I heard of a guy out west that shot a wild donkey thinking that it was a mule deer. Game wardens stopped him at a road block, but didn't have the heart to tell him. He thought he had shot one of the biggest mule deer ever.

talked to Mr. Bradford this morning and he confermed the incident, also said they had one last week kill a bunch of mergansers, I think like 5 or 6 of them so he got taken care of to

Turns out the man was from Alabama and it was his first duck hunt ever, said someone told him the limit was 6 so he took it that he could shoot any 6 ducks. Also said his wife was being real bitchy about him driving 3+ hours to MS to hunt one morning. Guess now it cost him more than $80 in gas for that trip :wink:

Ought to be where only MS residents can get in on the draw. Not that I mind OOS hunters who lease BUT our tax money pays for OUR state WMA's! :roll:
