I just cooked up some old school country food!

Postby matador1 » Tue Jan 01, 2008 7:59 pm

Black eyed peas seasoned with smoked hog jowls, onions and jalepenos

Cabbage seasoned the same way

Rice and gravy

Fried minute steaks smothered in gravy

Fried cornbread (Hoe cakes)

Hershey Pie

Now it's time to get back right, got a jiu jitsu tourney January 26th and need to cut a few more pounds.

Yum. Didn't have time to cook New Year's day, but I went and shot a limit of mallards for good luck instead. That should suffice. 8)
