question about February youth waterfowl hunt

I am planning on taking a couple of kids hunting on the Feb. hunt. They will be under sixteen and from out of state. The way I am interpreting what I've read is that they should not need a hunting license. I don't believe they need state waterfowl or Federal stamps. If anyone knows for sure on the stamps I would appreciate the input. I think the only thing they need to have in their posession would be proof of completion of their hunter safety course. If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd sure appreciate it. These guys will be total newcomers to the sport and I'd sure hate to ruin it by breaking the law.

I will have license stamps etc. but the two kids dads will not. I wonder if I can legally chapperone the two kids and the two dads could still come along to watch their boys? This is where things get fuzzy I guess. I don't know if there is a reg on one licensed adult per youth hunter or if I could technically take both kids under my license. How do I find "Wingman"?

I think your fine as long as they are under sixteen. They do not need a hunter education card as long as they are with you. Children under sixteen that hunt alone do need a hunter safty card.

any chaperone needs to have license stamps ect...... atleast thats the way I understand it. Best bet is to call the Jackson office and they will tell you.
