what exactly are you going to be doing with the ride??? in that i mean are you hauling 3 people and a bunch of stuff or you and 1 more or what are you planning to do? the ranger 700 is by far the biggest, and most versatile. i currently have a 05 xp and am about to buy another one. the thing is though i have always been a yamaha fan but i am 6'4" and 2xx lbs and cant get in and out of a rhino easily and it will carry about 1/3 the cargo and gear that a ranger will carry. but they are badazz machines they are lighter, more nimble and will fit in places that a ranger wont fit. i have yet to see open terrain that my ranger cant go that any of the others will go. if you go and drive the 2 the choice will be clear based on your preferences. what kind of trailer do you have? it takes alot more trailer to haul a ranger... what kind of accessories do you want? the market is flooded with aftermarket accessories for the rhino and not as many for the ranger. as far as power they both have plenty. the ranger has a 1 ton towing capacity and 1000 lbs capacity in the bed, much greater than a rhino.... that is all the good of the ranger but I feel in my opinion that yamaha by far is going to last longer with less service issues. just my .02 cents hope it helps.

Ranger. 3 up seating and tighter turning radius. For my purposes a Ranger would go everywhere I would take a Rhino. I can't imagine taking all those batteries into 2-3 foot of water.
