Short term duck lease wanted

Postby LabLuvR » Fri Nov 22, 2002 6:43 am

Fellas I am looking for a one week lease for some time in January. I will retire from my present job working in public safety after 25 wonderfull years. Soooo to reward myself ( :D ) I am thinking about a trip and "may" bring the little wifey. Just depends on how well she behaves between now and then!:D:D

Anyway, I ain't no rich fella but am willing to pay a fair price for either a timber or field hunt. I will be more than happy to provide any references you would like. Normally, I would just venture out and hunt public but if I bring the wife, I prefer not to put her through that potential ordeal.

If you are aware of anything please shoot me a PM. Thanks!!!!!!

You may check with one of the guide services that's listed as a sponsor on this site. They'd be able to help you.

Aren't ALL duck leases 'short-term'?

I don't think so. I thought the norm was for a full season or maybe half a season. The leases here what few they are, are normally for a full season. In my mind at least, a week is very short term. Heck it don't matter what ya label it I just need a place for a week.:D

Lab LuvR, will consider what you are looking for. I have 3 field blinds, and 1 flooded timber. None of them are leased, let me know what you are interested in and what week you are talking about. You can send me an email or post a reply. Can't hunt all 4 by myself.
