HEY GUYS I HAVE A WARN BRUSHGUARD ON MY 04 CHEVROLET. SEEMS THAT IT HAS A LOT OF VIBRATION IN IT. ESPECIALLY OVER ROUGH ROADS AND AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS OF 70 TO 80 MPH. JUST WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU WITH BRUSHGUARDS HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS OR FOUND A WAY TO FIX IT. THANKS.

should be zero vibration in it. Take it back to the installer for tightening up, or do it yourself. I've now had 3 of those warn brush guards, and they are somewhat of a pain to tighten. You have to loosen the lowest attachment bolts, swing the whole guard down, so you will have room to rotate the loose side (the whole thing turns around its top attachment point).
Very hard to describe here, obviously.

I have the same guard and have no problems. I would make sure that all the bolts are tight like jwarwick said. Its not that hard on that model. I installed mine myself with an impact wrench but a ratchet will work fine.

I went back and tightened all the bolts. It is more a vibration than anything especially in the wings that cover the head lights. I have tightened everything with an impact wrench is there anything else I can do.

Did you use that bracket to bolt it to your bumper at the end of the wings? If so, i guess you just have to get used to it, don't know anything else.
