I do not say much on this thing, just read. Been doing that for a little over a year. I will say that this thing has grown to a constant peeeeeeing contest irregardless of what someone brings up on here, someone has to say something completely out of line, degrading, or provoking. Sounds like this Dog Trial was a lot better as an idea that a couple people were thinking about. Before it is over if the attitudes don't stop you are going to have to hire security and have ambulances on the grounds to haul someone to the hospital. Me personally I have just about read enough of all of this crap of someone peeing on someone else and trying to convince somebody else it is raining. IT needs to stop and if you ain't got nothing good to say then Shut the HECK up. This place is suppossed to be a place where you can share experiences, ideas, and information. It is now so much more and has become a my dog is better than your dog site and a place for a bunch of BS to be blown around. AS I SAID I SAY LITTLE ON HERE AND THAT IS INTENTIONAL MY OPINION is that there was a reason for the PM feature some need to use it, just because you are not scared to say something about someone to their face or in public doesn't mean it is right to say it for everyone to hear it, I was a noncommissioned officer in the Army for the majority of my adult life, we never critized another NCO in public or where any other could hear it, WE all have a common bond here, it is dogs, hunting, training, and much more. There needs to be a mutual respect of contacting the person you got a problem with privately and working it out if you can't then stay away from each other and keep your mouth shut, One or two things will happen, everybody will form their own opinion about the person and he will go away because no one will have anything to do with him or you will be known as the one with the problem and you probablly will be the one that can not get along with anyone. I just say that every post doesn't need to end up as an attack of some sort on everything under the sun needs to stop. I used to let my kids look at the stuff on here now, no more, they can get just as much filth, arrogant attitudes, plain and simple rude behavior as you get in the middle of Jackson. I do not think actions of recent here were what this board was ever intended for. If you agree with me great if not I really do not care and do not really need to hear it because the few of you who start so much all are not even going to get me in one of these peeing contests. Just remember every now and then there is a kid on here.

CC I would not risk loosing the opportunity to use those grounds in the future for training by hosting this thing. It is a wonderful place but you oughta be able to see this thing is going to be trouble and that old man is going to give you he l after it is all said and done, because this is going to be a nightmare. I will throw birds and help but I would not risk putting my dogs in an area where arogance and rudeness appear to be the overall goal of some of the participants. AND YES I CAN TAKE A JOKE AND I LIKE A GOOD TIME THIS IS GOING TO END UP BEING A JOKE AND A NIGHTMARE BEFORE IT IS ALL SAID AND DONE. Now you can jump on my back, but the difference between me and most is I am like the duck with water, runs right down my back. But, I will say this I am not going to get in any peeing contest with anyone so if any one feels a compelling need to send me some nasty pm keep it because i will not waste a minute on it nor will i get into a posting pee test. Try to stay above all of that. My two cents and there is no charge for it.

I freely admit that I dunno much about dogs, but I know humans really darn well. About as well as anyone, including shrinks and military MP's. There are no utopias. When you are dealing with people, they always end up acting like.....you know......PEOPLE. Especially on the 'net. You can't expect even the best of folks not to eventually to start acting the fool. Its just human nature. Dissapointing to the humanist ideal, but its gonna happen.

LOG, I appreciate your thoughts. Seriously. But there ain't no one gonna need an ambulance. The most roaring lions on the 'net end up acting like little kittens in person. Especially when cornered by large groups!

After reading all of this and getting pm's on how it should be done , And constantly saying we were waiting on JS who had the idea to begin with , and all i was doing was offering my training grounds and the ducks.
I have thought about it and i think , I will attend and help JS in any way he needs me to , I have nothing but respect for JS he is one of the few who try's to live by the good book !
With that said i will wait for details of what , when , and where .

GC, I ain't no star, don't wanna be and don't need to be. Just a plain ol guy who tries to do the right thing. The kind that only says something when something needs to be said not just to hear myself talking. I am not a shrink either nor was I an MP. Special Ops was my occupation in the Army and believe me I know people pretty good myself. So as I said in my initial post, I really do not want a direct response to me regarding any of it, people need to learn to respect one another and if they can't they need to get their toys and play somewhere else, or learn that a post is for something constructive to be said, if someone has got to talk trash then use the PM button(PRIVATE MESSAGE)!!!!

There's a certain member here that usually provides his own bambulance .....anywhere you see his rig parked there'll be one parked near it

Did I miss something??? I thought everybody was getting along great. Its a little less civil with DIB thrown in the pot but I like it.

Consider this:

Somebody's dumb enough to let Skippy J win beer every time DIB posts something over the top....and Skippy J trains with me.....and I drink his beer....I get drunk and post some rambling bit of dog training genious.....so everybody wins
