Need some Excel and Word help bad

I need to be able to enter some info into an Excel page and the numbers transfer to a Word Document is that possible? If anyone knows how, please email me

In excel, highlight and copy the data you want in the word doc. The go to word, edit>paste special and then paste the data as a "MIcrosoft excel worksheet document". Or link it if you're going to be changing it. good luck.

You can alos go to Word and Insert a Table from Excel..

Import a Table if you don't it will not retain the Excel formulas.
