I was having a weed problem at my pond and DoubleR and one of his friends came out and took a look. I did what they said and, BAM in one week problem solved. It looks like someone came in there and sucked it out with a vaccum.

IYou need help and dont have an arm or a leg to give for it, send Ramsey a PM.

It probably saved my marriage also, cause she said what was the use of having the pond if "she" could not enjoy it. She hated the weed problem more than I did.

Could have called Iron Grip as he knows weed!

I need help with a 50 acre lake !!!

The facts:
Started fertilizing too late-1st application around may 1st, PROSOL.... 6 pounds per acre. Got a decent bloom lasted about 3-4 weeks. We already had some weeds, I thought a good bloom might shade some of the weeds out. Coontail and some other long stringy stuff that i don't know the name of. Also have some illinois pond weed which I don't mind

2nd application around may 26th, 10 pounds per acre of PROSOL - $500.00 worth of fertilizer !!!!! No freakin bloom, all we did was make the weeds go insane. Why did we get a decent bloom 1st go around and nothing 2nd time?

Any suggestions. I would rather not go the grass carp route if possible.

I know we need to start earlier on the fert. and double up the 1st 2 mos. but its too late .

I think the kids are babysitting him,,, he should be about wore out by now!
