Well, I filed my complaint against Jackson Motor Sports and I got Freddy's reply. He started off with a lie and it never got any better. He said the reason for the slow turn around was because they waited 3 weeks for a response from the customer (being me). I called them first after my bike was in the shop for two weeks. I never got any information until a month after my bike was in the shop and had to drive up there. Then that is when i was finally told what was wrong with my bike and that it was going to cost $700 to fix it. He never waited on me because he never called. Then he rambled on about how he told me leave or I would be arrested blah blah blah. He failed to mention how he threatened me and tore up the letter I gave him with out ever reading it.

I woulda stayed on his booty till he tried to fight me, then seen would that kinda publicity woulda done for his butt...plus you mighta got a lick or two in on him...

I don't know you or the business involved. I have seen your posts here and elsewhere and am of the opinion you are on very thin ice. If you can prove your position with documentation in the form of a work order showing what was to be done and if you can further prove that the work was not done according to this work order. Great.

However, your stated intent is to not only hurt his business, but also his reputation. I could care less, but, you may want to reconsider making your points and excising your pound of flesh in such a public manner.

Not an attorney, but, have dealt with attorneys, judges, and civil cases for 20 years.

"Thin ice my A--". I say good job, the problem with America is that we have 70% of the worlds lawyers in our country. The customer is always right, what happen to that thought process?

I have also read every post on this and I am behind you 100%, stand up for what is right.

Again, if you can prove it, have at it. If any part of your documentation is in doubt, best of luck to you.

been there done that wif ole fred-e! that wuz along time ago and i see he hasnt changed heard to many stories of the same thing wif him! its a shame i guess he just to much money and i guess him being the only sea-doo guy around this area good luck would like to see him in a new profession if ya know wut i means! my 2-cents
