the next time you decide to grill out some steak, get enough for two cookings...... the cheaper cuts of steak work even better..... take the left-over meat and cut in strips the size you desire..... in a seperate pot, mix 1 part Dales to 3 parts water and bring to a boil.. cut back to a simmer and add the meat.... only want to warm and not over-cook the already grilled steak.... works great with chicken, turkey or any wild game you have left-over..... add rice or potatoes and garlic bread and you are on your way..... i never have any duck or dove left-over so i can't predict the outcome...... try it and let me know....
