No, you don't need your blade, they have knives to cut steaks with there (not that you really need one to cut their steaks, though) and yes, the "talent" or "wool" is there! You can eat VERY well there, and I guess you could sample the whiskey, but you'll pay for every sample (just happens to be at Bourbon, MS).
If this is a "gotcha" post, then you got me. If not, don't eat lunch the day you are going, cause you'll be pissed that you can't eat all that you want to try - there is a lot to try. Definately get an order of fried hot tamales, if you get a steak, get the fixins' on the side, not on the steak - once you try the steak, you may not want the fixins on it. The redfish is good - blackened with an alfredo type sauce with crawfish and mushrooms (may have to ask for it).
You will want to go back. I had a guy from S. America in office and took him out there. He said it was the best steak he has ever had (and they raise the best range fed cattle in S. America supposedly) and wanted to know if there was a way to ship one to him (like corkey's bbq) - he had been having cravings for one.
Oh yeah, don't forget your checkbook - good food costs money (let alone the bar tab once you get there and get comfortable)!!
Enjoy

This is not a gotcha post, didn't even know there was a Bourbon MS hence the name Bourbon Mall. I have read a few post about it but I have never been there but I am going to solve that problem this Sat. I just wanted to find out if it was worth going for food or wool, I would rather it be wool, but the food will do to. Thanks fur your replies maybe I can get a lil of both and tell ya'll all bout.

Ohhh 1 more thing Deltadukman I hate to call you out but evidentially you didn't read my post very good. I say I am from TN not from Greenwood I could care less if you say I am an OOser because I was not born in MS. Yeah it does say Location = Greenwood MS in my opinion I think it is possible to be from TN and live in Greenwood.

For example: I call Dick (Dick is a mythological character from TX and he is also a connoisseur of the WOOL just like me).

I say hey Dick what’s your location buddy????

Dick says awwwwwww sheet boy I am in MS at this here Whizkey Mall, thought I would come in here and see what kind of WOOL, whizkay, and groceries they got to offer.

Now Dick is from TX but his location is in MS at this Mall.

I am from TN; my location is Gwood Mizzazippy, and if I am an OOSer it must be the thing to be. I have been a lot of other things in my life now I can say I am an OOser / a Jack of all trades / master hunter / and a Connoisseur of WOOL. We thank ye

Can I have the definition of a OOser please??

I gave ya'll the word WOOL, use it. Yall have expanded mine with the word OOser, its a win win..... :D

Please read my last post and the 1 before that. Again I am not from Greenwood I am from TN. I have heard and read about the Bourbon Mall but I have never been. I wanted to know what I was in for before I go. I have lived in Greenwood for 2 months or so.

Nah, you just brought an old word back to light, I first heard it (or rather, first understood what it was) in Jr. High back in the early 80's.

mmmmmmm, hair pie......... :P
