Thank God they never really left my hole. I've hurt 'em pretty good this year. It would have been bleak without them.

It lasted all of 6 minutes. Only half the number of birds came back this morning, majority of them landed on the far side of the hole. I finally got one to come in close enough to shoot and I cut'em. After the other birds got up, I worked my way over to the other side of the hole. And a minute or two later the birds come back and conviently started landing on the other side in the dekes. I was able to pick off three more on passing shots and got the teal as I was about to leave. Then on the way out my lab bails off in a brow ticket to do some extra curricular hunting.

Now is this a mixed bag limit hunt if I've ever seen one.

It usually only takes 3 1/2 minutes, maybe even 4....but 6 will work.

If I had been setup where I knew to be, then it would've been a limit morning. I still should've limited on gads, let two get away with bad shots. One had me turned around so bad that I lost my balance on one knee and fell over in the water. I had a group of 6 gads this morning that were just bound and determined to come in with the wind, and in this hole that's not happening.....retarded goofballs.
