Arkansas season

I read in a Baton Rouge newspaper that the Arkie season would be 60 days but the limit would be five. Three mallards including one hen. 30 day split pintail season and no canavasback season. If the upcoming season is like last year then five is still four too many. Anyone know any info on the Ms season?
