So how is everybody doing at Muscadine. I have hunted it twice and today was one of those days. Went with Skeeter and his dad and his dad killed 2 spoonies and 1 woodie. I never got any in good range and Skeeter down right missed one that shat on him!!! I went last Wednesday and we did good if call 6 spoonies good. We got 6 spoonies, 2 teal, 1 Greenhead, 1 Gadwall, 2 Buffleheads! I got the drake bufflehead and sent it to the tadxidermy!

Lets hear how everyone is doing over there in Spoon city!!!!

Here is a pic of our first Muscadine hunt this year. Practically my whole tailgate is SMILING!! I had a bad shooting day, the only one I got was the bufflehead next to me on the right! [/url]

Nobody want to give anymore reports???

Remember guys, this is a draw only place, no need to "HIDE" your spots!

My holes that border the place SUCK right now, not many ducks at all!!!

I disagree, but posted these for a friends that I hunted with on his permit. The more people submit-the less likely you're to get drawn. It isn't like that place hasn't gotten over pressured like all of the public hunting management areas.

Over pressured??? How can a place possibly be over pressured when it is only hunted 2 days a week and BOTH times I've been there, there have been less than 3-4 groups of hunters, the first time there were only 2, us and another group. Muscadine is WAY, WAY NOT pressuring ducks!! Believe me. If there is pressure on them, it would be on the private land around Muscadine, Muscadine is like a sanctuary, except you get to hunt it twice a week!! :?
