Anybody use Feather Flex Decoys?
I need to get some Canda decoys and I saw the feather flex for around $70/doz. Yall ever used them. I wanted to add to my spread for ducks. And I wont be hunting much with my bud that has some G&H floaters and some BigFoot land decoys that we used last year. baldduck

We used a bunch several years ago to make a big spread around a couple of pits. Inexpensive, but the paint did not stay on very well. I went to all G&H. More expense of the front end but well worth it in the long haul.

I,ve hunted over ducks but not geese. The duck decoys look like trash when mixed in with G&H's. They are not very convincing.

I bought the duck feather flex a few years ago for use when we were humping in along way to our spot. It sure beat two dozen weighted keels.
On looks, they pale in comparison to G&H. However, the ducks didn't seem to care. We got ducks to commit just as easily as using the "authentic looking" dekes. Also, being light they swim in the lightest wind.
One drawback, we found that you have to burp the air bubble out, partially sinking them in order for them to not flip over in high wind. And, the paint job on them peeled after the first season's use.
So, if you have to walk in along way, the tradeoff is worth it. If you don't, then stick with regular hard body dekes.
Sorry, no feedback on using the goose version...thought those who may be considering for ducks might be interested in the goods and bads.
