I was there and I'm with Skeeter. It was unnerving to say say the least. My son and I got real small until we could see to shoot.Which by the way was about 10 minutes after legal shooting time. The first shot came from about 25 to 30 yards from us.After that it was a war!I must be blind because I could not see the birds.

I only have public land to duck hunt.....and I have nothing for overcrowded public places that ruin the sport....i.e...the actual hunting....Places like Mahanna are so out of control, and they wont do a damn thing about it.....Many of you would argue with me, but they need to go to a draw system out there....if not, do something about the crowd before someone gets hurt...

That is  . Never hunted there, but my brother and couple of friends have and has said it is out of control. Where are the GW or management officials, are they not enough funding to control this type of stuff with people who can enforce the law? The loto system or number system don't sound bad to help with the over crowding.

I took the film and the clock says 5:50. Me and the Warden were sitting on the road is awe.Would not hurt my feelings for a draw every other week but not the entire season.
