you can't, you have to put them on a site like imageshak or photobucket.

http://www.imageshack.us/
save the pic on your computer, go to the site above, click the browse button on the site, find the pic you just saved, and click ok. then, hit the "host it" button on the site and you hav hosted the pic.
it will come up with several links to the pic, copy the one that says direct link.
paste it in a post just like you are doing here and it should work fine.
