Pine Tree WMA Arkansas

Postby bulldog ducker » Thu Nov 02, 2006 2:27 pm

I am going over to Arkansas tomorrow to take a look at the place. Does anyone know anything about it? It is hard to try to find anything on the internet about it.

It has pine trees.

It's a really small place that doesn't usually hold alot of ducks. I've hunted it a few times. It's a place you would hunt if you live close but not worth traveling for. 4 Wheelers aren't allowed and I couldn't find a way to access it with a trailered boat. With the amount of rain we are getting, I would look at Cache River, White River, Black Swamp and places like that where it is much easier to hunt and alot more ducks. That's JMHO.

Good luck,

Hunted it about 4 or 5 years ago, had a good shoot mostly teal and greys with a few mixed in mallards... Had a great time would be a great place if you find a good hole
