-when are the duks gonna wake up?
-can i blow the duk call now?
-why do we have to put the blind up?
-when are you gonna shoot?
-why is the gun so loud?
-are we gonna eat breakfast?
-when are we gonna go?
-can i blow the duk call again daddy?
-(not a question) daddy i gotta go to the bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!
-where did the truck go?

The kids are what its all about. I dont even take a gun anymore. I just go to watch them and see their smiles. It gets real competitive between my two boys when the shooting starts.

From all of the eyewitness accounts that I've heard and from my own personal experience, hunting with you IS like hunting with a five-year-old. Just hold your breath on that invite, why don't ya.
And by the way, you still haven't killed a mallard.

Actually, gator, hunting with a five-year-old would probably be safer. Your thoughts?

No. MY THOUGHTS. I did get my first greenhead last year. Used to hunt St. Charles Parish in the La Branche wetland. Nuff said. Now as far as YOUR eyewitness account, Mr. Snow Goose NAZI, I was NOT gonna trudge through that ditch after Y'all left me behind(like you so rudely did when I stayed behind the day before with Jeff's older friend with the bad hip and tried to help him out and YOU called the shot, from what I understand, when we were only 15 or so yards from y'alls position in that big ditch) just for some Snow Geese that you guys do not even take home and use when I was BETWEEN them and the low morning sun(5deg. or so off the horizion) just because you "THE GOOSE NAZI" said to!

I am sorry you feel this way Matt. I will still be there next year, work premitting, for the comradiree and fun of meeting some nice folks like Jeff's hunting buddy. Hope you can forgive me and get over it already. As I say, if not for the way it was the day before, I may have got in the other ditch but figgured you would call the shot without me again! Sorry I am not us young and spry as you!

Peace Out!

My buddy can't wait until his daughter is old enough to take. There are a lot of kids that would love to go given the chance.
