Excellent leases available in Bolivar and Sunflower counties. Close to 1000 acres, but the largest single block is 320 acres. Most of the property is in 80 acre blocks spead out over a large area from Boyle towards Indianola
Following is a list of the properties:
320 acres - 3 blinds
160 acres - 2 blinds
80 acres - 2 blinds
80 acres - 1 blind
80 acres - 1 blind
80 acres - 1 blind
50 acres - 1 blind
40 acres - 1 blind
40 acres - 1 blind
40 acres - 1 blind (can't guarantee water on this one)
Properties have guaranteed water unless noted. These holes are planted in soybeans and rice. The landowner would like to lease the properties either as an entirety or bundle them togetehr for a few groups, but he will consider leasing individual holes.
Drop me an email at
webmaster@msducks.com if you're interested.
Thanks,
Micah

Micah,
I have a couple of questions regarding these leases. How far is this land from Memphis and what price is the farmer asking per acre? Thanks in advance!

The property is about 10 minutes SW of Cleveland, MS, right off of highway 61. I think that's a little over two hours from Memphis.
The landowner is pricing the leases on a per blind basis, and the price is directly proportional to the quality of the spot. I'll email you some specifics this afternoon.
Thanks,
Micah
