This was from a camping trip. Have any of you ever seen a white squirrel? This was not an albino. Jack
Shoot them sprigs on their first pass!

White Squirrel
They are quite common in a town called Kenton, TN. The white color is a recessive gene that shows up every know and again.

there are two known true breeding colonies of white squirrels in the United States; one is located in Kenton, TN and the other one is in Olney, IL. These are not albinos; they breed true....it is quite a sight to sit and watch a whole tree full of white squirrels jumping around.....acornman

We often shot "white squirrels", while watching the girl's Phys. Ed. workouts, back in high school !!! Wish had a big handful of 'em, right now !!!
